# One person, one product, every team behind it.

Seven gates, and something real in your hands at each one.

An AI-assisted product-building method in seven gates: one Product Builder takes one product from a folder of scattered documents to something running in production, front and back, with the shared design, frontend, backend and data services behind them.

## What it changes

- **Under a day to a front end you can click.** With the discovery material already gathered: three to four hours at best, twenty-four at worst.
- **About a month to make it true.** Connecting the backend so the end-to-end flows hold in depth is the long part — no method removes it.
- **And it passes developer review.** The agent works inside your frontend starter and your backend conventions, and re-reads them before every change.

### Start here

1. **[The core guide](/resources/method-guide)** — the method itself: each gate, what it demands, the prompts it uses, and what you should be holding before you move on. Read it first, end to end.
2. **[The PRD template](/resources/prd-template)** — the one template in the kit. Gate 2 fills it, and every gate after that reads it.
3. **[The practice case](/resources/first-case#worksheet)** — run it in the supplied [sandbox](/resources/sandbox) before you point the method at your own product.
4. **The adapter for your assistant** — [Claude Code](/resources/claude-code-skill#adapter) or [Codex](/resources/codex-skill#adapter). They cover installation. Neither one changes the method.

Requirements: Python 3.9 or newer, and Claude Code or Codex. The Claude Code installer also needs `bash`. Nothing else is installed.
